Request a quote.

Send part numbers, a specification or a renewal list. You will hear back inside one business day on whether we can quote it and when the price will land. Where a line needs a manufacturer quote or a special price request, the timing is the manufacturer's rather than ours, so we give you the date we expect instead of guessing at one.

What to send

Three things make a quote fast.

None of them has to be complete. A rough list prices more slowly than an exact one, and it still prices.

01

The items

Part numbers where you have them, or enough of a specification for us to work them out. Quantities on every line. Where a solicitation gives no part number we say so on the quote rather than inventing one.

02

Where it ships

The delivery address, or the ordering location where that differs. Freight and lead time both depend on it, and a quote without it is an estimate.

03

What constrains it

A solicitation or bid number, a required brand or an approved-equal clause, a contract vehicle, a date you need it by. Anything that rules a product in or out.

Send it

The form, or email, whichever is less work.

Your name, your email and what you are buying are the only things we need. Everything else is optional and it only makes the first reply faster.

A spreadsheet is easier to email than to type

A bill of materials, a line list or the solicitation itself can go straight to quotes@manaloadvisorygroup.com or by phone on (702) 703‑4069. It reaches the same queue and gets the same reply time.

After you send it

Three steps, and you commit at the third.

01

We confirm we can quote it

Inside one business day, including when the answer is no. Where a manufacturer requires its own authorization for that product family or market segment, we check we hold it before the line goes on a quote and we tell you if we do not.

02

You get the quote

Manufacturer and model on every line, the margin on the quote rather than buried in it, lead times where they are known, and an expiry, because distribution pricing moves.

03

You order, or you do not

Purchase order, government purchase card or an approved account. Nothing is ordered before you say so and the price on the quote is the price on the invoice.

Not sure we can reach it? Ask anyway.

We buy through authorized national distribution rather than holding stock, so the catalog is the distributor's and not a short list of our own. Line cards change, which is why the answer to an unlisted brand is usually still yes.
